About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Security Posture Management team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5+ backend engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a world-class security product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of backend engineers and provide guidance on technical direction and priorities.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and other engineering teams to define and deliver product features.
  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback and requirements for new features.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of our cloud security posture management product, adding functionality and debugging issues.
  • Help drive the growth and development of our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in cloud security and backend development.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud security platforms and technologies, such as AWS or GCP.
