About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Security Posture Management team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing a team of backend engineers and working closely with other teams to build and maintain our Cloud Security Posture Management product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5+ backend engineers and provide guidance on technical decisions
  • Work closely with other teams to build and maintain the Cloud Security Posture Management product
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and prioritize features
  • Mentor and coach engineers on the team to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience with a strong background in backend engineering
  • Experience managing a team of engineers and providing technical guidance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with cloud security and compliance is a plus
