About You

  • You have a degree in engineering or commerce and have experience working with international institutional clients, such as NATO.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in an international environment.
  • You are a team player and have experience working in a complex environment.
  • You have international experience and are fluent in English.
  • You have knowledge of the military market and experience with command and control systems.
  • You are willing to travel for this role.

What We Can Achieve Together

As a Sales Manager in the Commercial and Marketing Department of ThalesRaytheonSystems, you will be responsible for building relationships with NATO and other countries to understand their needs and identify new opportunities. You will also be responsible for securing budgeted orders with satisfactory margins, constructing offers, and conducting negotiations.

This role is based in Massy and involves working on offers for support and new capabilities for the ACCS and TMD systems, which are worth several tens of millions of euros per year. ACCS is currently in operation in Italy, and TMD is in operation in Germany.
