We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development in our Transformers Local Business Unit in France. As a Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and promoting our Transformers portfolio across the country.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and expansion in the French market.
- Lead market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and global key account managers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive demand and growth in the French market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the French market and its dynamics.
Your Background:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Engineering degree (ideally in Energies) with specialization in sales or management.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in transformers products is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and stakeholders.
