Our Mission
We have welcomed over 300,000 travelers from 169 countries, with over one million nights rented through our platform. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern. As a representative of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a world-class experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-Office Activities:
- Customer service and sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, and upsell road trip extras.
- Back-Office Activities:
- Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
- Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
- Support activities: Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
- You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
- You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are eager to learn and develop relevant skills in guest relations, customer service, and team collaboration.
