Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee essential financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of expenses and workforce metrics, while collaborating with key departments to evaluate and understand assumptions.
- Assist in month-end closing processes, partnering with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to both regional and global deadlines.
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and analyses encompassing all critical performance indicators.
- Examine, assess, and track financial performance, key performance indicators, and operational trends, delivering insights to various stakeholders.
- Integrate information from diverse sources to identify key revenue and cost drivers, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to establish optimal FP&A practices, driving continuous enhancement of financial processes and systems through technology and automation where feasible.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP and PBI is a plus.
- Strong comprehension of financial statements, financial analysis, and key financial metrics.
- Able to synthesize and analyze extensive data sets to produce valuable insights and concise analyses.
- Possess critical and logical thinking skills with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
