Customer Success Strategist

Pubstack is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Partnerships Director in onboarding clients on Pubstack products, discussing with clients to optimize their setup and proactively find solutions, and troubleshooting the clients' setup with the help of Pubstack products.
You will also manage day-to-day relationships with external partners, support in contract review and drafting in collaboration with lawyers/DPO, and support the finance team during monthly billing process.
We are looking for an individual with basic programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English and French. If you are a team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner, we encourage you to apply.
