Customer Success Strategist

As a Customer Success Strategist at Ratecard, you'll be part of our Customer Success team, working closely with our Partnerships Director to develop a new project that simplifies and speeds up the process of connecting publishers to multiple demand sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding clients on our Ad Management products
  • Discuss with clients to optimize their setup and proactively find solutions using our products
  • Troubleshoot clients' setups with the help of our products
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners
  • Support in contract review and drafting in collaboration with lawyers/DPO
  • Support the finance team during monthly billing process

Requirements:

  • Basic programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills and curiosity around numbers and technical setups
  • Fluency in English & French (native is a plus)
  • Proactive, structured, organized
  • Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross-functional teams
  • A team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
