Customer Success Strategist

As a Customer Success Strategist at Ratecard, you'll be part of our Customer Success team, working closely with our Partnerships Director to develop a new project that simplifies and speeds up the process of connecting publishers to multiple demand sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding clients on our Ad Management products
- Discuss with clients to optimize their setup and proactively find solutions using our products
- Troubleshoot clients' setups with the help of our products
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners
- Support in contract review and drafting in collaboration with lawyers/DPO
- Support the finance team during monthly billing process
Requirements:
- Basic programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills and curiosity around numbers and technical setups
- Fluency in English & French (native is a plus)
- Proactive, structured, organized
- Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross-functional teams
- A team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
