As a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping this culture by providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a fair, objective, and confidential manner.
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to address employee relations issues and improve workplace culture.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Conduct climate assessments to identify areas of employee concern and develop action plans to address them.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations.
- Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between employees and managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR business partner role.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
- SHRM certification (CP or SCP) preferred.
