Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Proposal Engineer and Business Support Specialist. As a key member of our Water Technologies and Solutions business, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative water treatment solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead project opportunities from inquiry to order, with a focus on delivering safe and effective water treatment solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings and travel to sites in Europe to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Establish scope of supply and associated costs, identifying and mitigating project risks with a strong focus on health and safety, and environmental protection.
- Develop and present proposals with a strong focus on value proposition, creating attractive documents and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
- Support business development and marketing efforts, analyzing data and drawing valuable conclusions to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Working towards a degree in chemical or environmental engineering or a business-related course.
- Experience or interest in business marketing and data analysis.
- Good mathematical ability and basic knowledge of report logic and data visualization.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong focus on customer service and friendly communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to quality and high standards of published work.
