Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team in Saint-Maurice or Toulouse. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and submitting proposals for water treatment projects, working closely with our sales team and operational teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit proposals for water treatment projects, including technical and commercial documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals that meet customer needs
- Work with operational teams to ensure that proposals are aligned with Veolia's capabilities and resources
- Conduct site visits and audits to gather information and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our proposals and services
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in water and/or wastewater operation, engineering, or bid management
- Previous experience in an industrial field is a plus
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) - mandatory
- Additional language skills are a plus, especially Italian, German, and Dutch
- Ability to travel occasionally, within the EU and UK, driving license desirable
