About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Novares. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales or business development field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
