Job Description:
The upscale Pullman Brussels Centre Midi has a privileged location on site of the Brussels South railway station. This stylish and cosmopolitan 4-star hotel offers 237 rooms with superior facilities and a design Convention Center.
Your Mission:
- Perform Front Office, Reception and Information operations, applying the organisational structure defined by the Welcome Manager.
- Form the link and interfaces between the hotel's different departments and various points of reception.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high-quality services throughout their stay. Ensure that guests receive a warm and personal welcome.
- Promote the hotel's offer.
- Help meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
- Assist the Welcome Manager and the team in their daily tasks.
- Organise the welcomers for optimal effectiveness.
- Motivate and drive the team to attain the department's quantitative targets
