This is a long-standing commitment of the African Union towards its Member States. The European Union is a long-term partner of the African Union on this topic.
NTU International A/S is proud to have been awarded the Technical Assistance to ARSO in Road Safety project.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assistance Specialist to support the African Union ARSO work program in relation to all documentation preparation, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the AU ARSO work program in relation to all documentation preparation, both internally and externally.
- Liaise and work closely with EU, WHO and other regional observatories as well as institutions collecting road safety-related data to contribute with AU ARSO evidence to other publications deemed of essential value by AU ARSO Steering Committee.
Requirements
- Master's degree in public health, engineering, or a relevant discipline; In its absence, equivalent relevant professional experience of minimum of 7 years.
- Knowledge in remote-work collaborative tools.
Desirable Qualifications
- Working experience with African Union would be considered an asset.
Language Skills
- At least level C1 in English.
- At least B1 in French.
- Knowledge of other languages spoken in Africa such as Arabic, Swahili, Zulu, etc. would be considered an asset.
