Technical Account Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Specialist to join our team at Canonical. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their objectives and get the most out of our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet customer objectives
  • Onboarding new customers and introducing them to our products and support processes
  • Supporting customers through reactive ticket requests and creating campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent customer-facing skills, and a passion for cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies. Minimum 5 years of work experience is required, with exposure to projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
