Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Boutique Sales Agent at Club Med Resorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for welcoming, advising, and selling products to our clients, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and advising clients on our products and services
- Selling products that match our clients' needs and expectations
- Receiving and checking delivery slips
- Setting up and restocking merchandise displays according to Club Med standards and merchandising procedures
- Organizing sales events and promotions in the boutiques with other resort services
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of fashion and ready-to-wear clothing
- Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)
