Position Overview:

We are seeking a social media expert to lead the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that will enhance the recognition and reputation of AXA Group Operations, both internally and externally. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the social media accounts and platforms of AXA Group Operations and its leaders, primarily the members of the Executive Committee, while fostering a community of ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for AXA Group Operations, in collaboration with the communication team, to support business objectives, increase AXA GO's visibility, and promote employee engagement and pride.
  • Manage and coordinate the social media accounts of the COO of AXA Group / CEO of AXA GO and Executive Committee members, ensuring that content is engaging and aligns with the overall communication strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media data, providing regular dashboards, reports, and insights to inform social media strategy and optimize content and platform usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, offerings, and social media initiatives that align with the brand message and positioning.
  • Identify key opinion leaders, influencers, and ambassadors within AXA Group Operations—and the Group as needed—and engage them to grow the ambassador community and promote the AXA brand in technology, data, operations, and security.
  • Encourage engagement on internal social media platforms, participating in editorial activities and proofreading (articles, newsletters, etc.).
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling content that supports the company's objectives, values, and messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with social media policies and provide guidance to the AXA team on proper social media usage.

Profile:

  • Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related areas, with proven expertise.
  • Knowledge of press relations, social media trends, reputation management, and influence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure collaboration across functions and regions, as well as message alignment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Native English speaker with proficiency in other languages; French is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and experience in social media data analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, but also Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools.
  • Experience/training in project management (planning, budgeting, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented.
