Le/la KAM Renault Europe coordonne les relations entre Sekurit Europe et les services correspondants de Renault Europe pour les productions de véhicules en Europe élargie.
- Etre le garant de l'image de SEKURIT auprès des clients et des bonnes relations avec eux.
- Assurer la négociation des prix et l'attribution des quotas avec les services achats du client dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale de la société.
- Contribuer au bon déroulement des projets vis à vis du client en organisant et en animant les réunions d'étapes nécessaires.
- Maintenir la rentabilité de la fabrication en vérifiant les marges durant la vie du produit.
Recevoir et traiter directement l'ensemble des demandes faites par le Client, les transmet aux services concernés et vérifie qu'une réponse est apportée dans les délais voulus.
- Coordonner l'action des différents intervenants et/ou organiser le cas échéant, les réunions nécessaires avec le Client.
- S'assurer de la mise en place des actions demandées par le Client en prenant compte la conformité aux besoins du client et le maintien de la rentabilité pour Sekurit Europe.
- Déployer la stratégie commerciale définie pour le Client sur la zone et s'assure de la cohésion des prix entre les différentes entités européennes, sous la direction de l'EKAM Renault-Nissan.
S'assurer, dans le cadre de la gestion des projets, que le constructeur a été facturé des sommes qu'il doit effectivement prendre en charge après négociation.
- S'assurer du bon respect des éléments contractuels attenant à chaque Projet (prix de vente, volume, remboursement des frais amortis...), alerte en cas de dérive et, le cas échéant, propose les solutions pour y remédier.
- Analyser la marge dégagée sur chaque pièce et propose s'il y a lieu de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour optimiser la rentabilité (augmentation du prix de vente, désengagement sur une pièce, changement de circuit de fabrication envisagé avec les secteurs,..)
Bonne connaissance des produits et des procédés de fabrication.
- Aisance dans les négociations commerciales et capacité à obtenir des accords, en conformité avec les objectifs fixés.
- Facilité à développer un bon relationnel avec ses interlocuteurs et à se constituer rapidement un réseau le plus large possible chez le Client.
- Parfaite connaissance de l'organisation des clients et du circuit de décision.
- Bonne connaissance du marché (concurrence).
- Bonne maîtrise de l'Anglais, l'Espagnol est un plus.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
