Within the Information Systems Organization, the IT Retail Department is responsible for identifying innovative solutions and developing the application landscape to enable our Business Analysts to perform their daily tasks and delight our external customers.

The IT Efficiency Leader collaborates closely with:

  • The IT Store Efficiency Manager to synchronize roadmap priorities, report progress, and align decisions.
  • Internal and external solution providers and delivery teams to benchmark optimal solutions for Sephora's store operations, focusing on optimization and automation.
  • Product Owners to contribute to technical discussions.
  • Support the setup and testing of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all IT policies related to security and architecture, and that all IT processes are adhered to for any new solution implementation.
  • Implement core solutions within the defined scope of countries and drive the necessary change management.

  • In partnership with technical leads, define the best solutions to meet business needs while maintaining a comprehensive process-oriented vision.
  • Define and validate technical and business requirements with all stakeholders.
  • Manage planning and budgets for your scope of initiatives independently.
  • Monitor incidents and establish mitigation plans during the hypercare phase following new implementations or upgrades.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to Application Management Services and relevant business partners.

  • A flexible mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic environment and willing to undertake a diverse range of activities.
  • Experience in IT service management, service delivery, or agile delivery methodologies.
  • An understanding of the retail environment and its priorities.
  • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
