As a Support Consultant in our Southern Europe division, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing the technical and operational performance of our software applications. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients maximize their investment in our solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and addressing functional issues that emerge after implementation, specifically related to supply chain software.
  • Guiding clients through ongoing changes, suggesting new configurations, or designing enhancements.
  • Engaging in client communication, consulting, design, testing, and issue resolution.

To excel in this position, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our Southern Europe team.

This role is ideal for those with a technical background or curiosity, as well as for developers or analysts seeking a more managerial and functional career path. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients across various sectors, including retail distribution, luxury goods, industrial, eCommerce, automotive, and grocery.

Key qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles and excellent client management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, characterized by rigor, curiosity, and creativity.
  • Experience in software implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Familiarity with database languages and/or cloud technologies; knowledge of C++ or Java programming languages is a valuable asset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
  • The willingness to travel to client locations up to 20%, occasionally for extended periods within the EMEA region.
