En tant que Spécialiste en Support Client au sein de Click&Care, vous serez un acteur clé de l'expérience client au travers de la résolution de leurs problèmes quotidiens.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes CSM, Staffing, technique et facturation pour coordonner la résolution des problèmes.
Vous devrez être à l'écoute attentive des clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et problèmes tout en gardant le contrôle sur l'interaction.
Vous devrez également être capable de gérer un flux important de tâches, en priorisant les tâches selon leur urgence et importance.
Vous devrez avoir une excellente capacité à transmettre des informations de manière claire et efficace.
Vous devrez être capable de travailler de manière autonome et d'être un membre actif de l'équipe.
