You will serve as a point of contact for local management and external parties, ensuring compliance with Amazon global security standards. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating measures to manage risk and ensure operational continuity
  • Providing security as a service to business customers across multiple business units
  • Collecting information through monitoring systems and tools, analyzing data reports, and conducting interviews
  • Delivering loss prevention-related education and awareness programs to other teams
  • Managing the implementation of our Security and Loss Prevention plan

As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will be part of a team that supports the accomplishment of Amazon's business targets and strengthens our brand by effectively protecting against relevant threats and managing security and loss prevention risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal French
  • Upper intermediate proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience with physical security systems, investigation techniques, and/or management of contract security officers
  • Relevant experience in working with data
