Job Title: AWS Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled AWS Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage AWS services to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on AWS services and technologies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption and growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
  • Strong technical skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
