About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS Enterprise Support team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the centerpiece of value to our Enterprise Support customers, working alongside the broader dedicated account team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive adoption and growth of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Professional Services Consultants, to deliver tailored solutions and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical and business requirements, and providing expert guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive customer success and adoption.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team, and participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational services or support environment, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French language, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience working with engineering and technology teams for large customers or a major segment of a large entity in the Public Sector, Enterprise or Start-up industry.
