About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS Enterprise Support team in Courbevoie, France. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Enterprise Support customers, understanding their business needs and drivers, and providing expert technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and drivers
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within AWS to drive customer success
  • Identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and growth
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud computing and AWS services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
