Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Egis Projects. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Europe & Africa region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve O&M order intake objectives in the Europe & Africa region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry participants, including customers, partners, and consultants.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team and Egis Group to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Support commercial prospection in the Europe & Africa region, identifying and assessing new projects.
- Contribute to the development of the commercial action plan and provide insights into the O&M ecosystem.
- Develop and manage pipelines of projects, including preparing Go/No-go committees.
- Supervise and contribute to the production of tenders, accompanying and challenging Bid Managers.
- Excellent customer relationship skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software suites.
- Technical skills, including experience in O&M projects, bid preparation, and business planning.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of French or another European language a plus.
- 5-10 years' proven experience in a sales leadership position.
