Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Territory Manager to join our team in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand our market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital groups and healthcare professionals
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare insurance market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
