Territory Sales Leader – Food Services

With a dedicated workforce of 4000 enthusiastic professionals, Sysco France plays a crucial role in enhancing the success of our partners by carefully selecting and delivering top-quality products for an exceptional and sustainable dining experience.

We are in search of a motivated Area Sales Manager – Commercial Catering to oversee our operations across the Semur en Auxois, Avallon, Autun, Montceau-les-Mines (21,71,89) region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and lead efforts to identify and secure new clients, maintain relationships with current customers, and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Assess client requirements, pinpoint growth prospects, adjust expectations, and suggest appropriate product solutions.
  • Boost sales across all product lines, concentrating on essential categories for each client.
  • Differentiate our offerings by presenting unique products from our workshops, innovations, and exclusive selections.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate pricing and commercial strategies, including the updating and renegotiation of pricing proposals.
  • Supervise compliance with corporate protocols for food safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

As a reliable consultant, you will deliver tailored customer service with a strong field presence, fostering trust-based relationships. Your exceptional sales skills, enthusiasm for the catering sector and food product sales, negotiation abilities, determination, and independence will empower you to meet your objectives and maintain client loyalty. Experience in B2B sales within the out-of-home catering industry is advantageous, alongside familiarity with food safety and cold chain management.

Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite) is preferred.
