Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital groups and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare insurance market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
