Territory Sales Executive – Food Services

We are in search of a motivated Area Sales Manager – Commercial Catering to oversee operations in the Semur en Auxois, Avallon, Autun, Montceau-les-Mines (21,71,89) region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate prospecting activities to secure new clientele, maintain relationships with current customers, and revive dormant accounts.
  • Assess client requirements, pinpoint growth potential, refine expectations, and suggest appropriate products.
  • Boost sales across all product categories, emphasizing key selections for each customer.
  • Stand out by presenting unique products from our workshops, innovations, and exclusive selections.
  • Ensure adherence to group pricing and commercial guidelines, including the updating and renegotiation of pricing proposals.
  • Supervise compliance with group protocols for food safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

As a reliable consultant, you will deliver tailored customer service with a strong field presence, fostering a relationship built on trust. Your robust sales skills, enthusiasm for the catering sector, expertise in food product sales, negotiation capabilities, determination, and independence will be instrumental in achieving your objectives and retaining clients. Experience in B2B sales within the out-of-home catering industry is advantageous, along with familiarity with food safety and cold chain management.

Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite) is preferred.
