Customer Success Manager

At Powerdot, we're revolutionizing the way people charge their cars. To achieve this, we need a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Partnership Success division, you'll be responsible for defining the strategy and ensuring the satisfaction of our partners. Your role will be dynamic, with a multitude of functions, including managing your team, working with the Head of Partnerships, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management. You'll have a proven track record of driving growth and improving customer satisfaction, and you'll be fluent in both spoken and written English. If you're passionate about sustainable mobility and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Customer Success Manager at Powerdot, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference. You'll be responsible for:
- Defining the strategy of the Partnership Success division
- Managing your team and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Working with the Head of Partnerships to co-construct the strategy
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and defining processes to optimize them
- Ensuring the satisfaction of our partners through onboarding, renewal, and ongoing support
