About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at AT INTERNET. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients in the Europe South region, providing daily support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by optimizing and maximizing the use of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, acquiring a deep understanding of their needs and developing strategies to meet them.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, resulting in increased customer loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Identify and understand client needs, while having a thorough knowledge of Piano's commercial objectives.
  • Maximize ongoing value for clients by deepening relationships, stimulating revenue growth, and driving business profitability.
  • Detect, negotiate, and close high-value sales opportunities, including renewals and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings, including steering committees, to present new features and propose methods for clients to get the most out of our solution.
  • Monitor client performance on the platform to identify new commercial opportunities, resulting in ongoing value creation and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for information requests and bug corrections, collaborating with the Engineering and Client Success Manager teams to provide solutions (the primary contact being our Support team).
  • Manage high-impact requests or escalations until resolution, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Communicate within and between internal functions, reporting on client initiative and activity progress, highlighting product development opportunities, and emphasizing the importance of client success.
  • Manage and update the Client Success CRM to ensure accurate and timely data entry for business visibility, tool alignment, and proactive account management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Key Account Manager role; experience in AdTech, Analytics MarTech, SaaS, or media buying/ selling is a plus.
  • Based in Paris or willing to travel to Paris.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Analytics, Identity Management, Marketing Science, Campaign Performance Reporting, DMP/data solutions, Ad Operations, or subscription business is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital media monetization, online media industries, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (MS, Apple).
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus (JavaScript, HTML).
  • Previous experience in managing government and public administration accounts, as well as knowledge of the UGAP system, is an asset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish or Italian is an asset.
