Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you will be the face of Sonder and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, handling all aspects of their stay, from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to guest stays.
- Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing guest records, processing payments, and handling guest complaints.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest hospitality trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
