Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing or managing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server, with a focus on performance, security, scalability, reliability, availability, and disaster recovery.
- Proficiency in both French and English to effectively manage client relationships in the region.
- Experience in providing technical consulting on database design and architecture for large enterprise clients with stringent Service-level objectives (SLO) and Service-level agreements (SLA).
- Familiarity with distributed applications or microservices in a cloud environment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in a dynamic organization with extensive cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions, developer tools, core data structures, and related concepts.
The Google Cloud team assists organizations, educational institutions, and governmental bodies in transitioning to Google products while providing ongoing support. You will engage with customers to swiftly address technical challenges, demonstrating how our solutions can enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation. Collaborating closely with a diverse team of web developers and systems administrators, you will interact with both regional and international clients. Your relationships with customers are vital for the growth of Google’s Cloud business and for enabling innovation across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee customer issues through effective diagnosis, resolution, or the implementation of new investigative tools to enhance productivity for customer inquiries regarding Google Cloud Platform products.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Google's product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and identifying the root causes of customer-reported issues, while developing tools for expedited diagnosis.
- Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to overcome technical deployment challenges and enhance Google Cloud offerings.
- Comprehend customer concerns and advocate for their needs with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to identify improvements and drive high-quality production.
- Collaborate as part of a global team of Engineers/Consultants to ensure 24-hour customer support, which may require working non-standard hours or shifts.
