Retail Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and local partners to enhance business share of the accounts;
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new products for the managed accounts;
  • Manage Sell Out targets, follow-up, and corrective actions for the accounts;
  • Ensure effective coverage of products and POSMs in the store for the account;
  • Design and implement in-store merchandising plans to achieve value for money for the brand and its products (online and offline);
  • Plan and monitor promotions to increase Sell Out;
  • Manage key stores of the accounts, drive in-store share of the brand and its product;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and business partners;
  • Monitor budgets and ROI for the accounts.
Qualification Required:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high team spirit;
  • Rich experience in retail marketing of mobile phones, with management tool proficiency a plus;
  • Strategic and analytical thinking;
  • Innovative, with a deep understanding of consumer interactive experiences in various events;
  • Strong communication skills and excellent coordination ability;
  • More than 3 years of work experience in mobile phone or FMCG is a plus;
  • Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors, and dealers;
  • English is required.
