Join Our Team as an Event Hospitality Coordinator

At OCTAGON, we are seeking a dedicated professional to manage hospitality operations across premier sports and entertainment sponsorship events in Europe. This role is ideal for individuals with outstanding project management abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for engaging with our regional activation and hospitality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day account management for one of our longest-standing global clients.
  • Facilitate on-site guest hosting during events, catering to B2B, B2C, and senior client executives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and consumer activations, including creative, digital/social media, and cross-promotions with other sponsors.
  • Assist in transforming approved strategies into sustainable and effective platforms, guiding them through planning and activation stages.
  • Deliver, manage, and execute large-scale event activations and hospitality programs.
  • Provide line management support for junior team members.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Utilize bilingual proficiency in French and English to enhance communication.
  • Leverage solid agency experience in a similar capacity, with major event experience considered a plus.
  • Exhibit high-level skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with confidence in presenting both internally and externally.
