Position Overview:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a proactive and dedicated Event Hospitality Coordinator to oversee the planning and implementation of guest engagement initiatives for a prominent client. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a keen interest in managing hospitality projects within the realm of sports and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for a long-standing global client account.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the European hospitality program, including on-site guest hosting during major events.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and consumer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with rights-holders in the sports and entertainment sectors.
  • Facilitate communication between local teams and their global counterparts.
  • Assist in transforming approved strategies into actionable plans.
  • Work closely with various departments to create comprehensive hosting experiences, including accommodations, local attractions, and merchandise.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale event activations and hospitality programs.
  • Effectively utilize and manage sponsorship assets.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and operational updates.
  • Ensure meticulous management of client budgets, including tracking and invoicing.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Experience in managing sponsorship properties or hospitality events.
  • Agency experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and manage high-end B2B and B2C interactions.
