Contract Manager
SOGITEC, a leading company in aeronautical simulation, is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join its team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of contracts and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot and coordinate critical purchases
- Treat purchase requests from the Program Management Department
- Collect and analyze requirements from the Program Management Department
- Search and select products and suppliers adapted to the needs expressed by the Program Management Department
- Organize complex tendering processes involving multiple internal stakeholders
- Negotiate and contract with suppliers based on cost, time, and quality objectives
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial relationships during contract execution
- Participate in product review meetings
- Develop and negotiate amendments
- Ensure regular reporting on order or contract progress to the Program Management Department
- Pilot, in collaboration with the Program Management Department, the treatment of supplier disputes
- Ensure the follow-up of critical suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or commerce (master's degree)
- 5-8 years of experience in contract engineering and procurement
- Excellent business and pragmatic skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to propose solutions and convince stakeholders
- Knowledge of key contract principles
Language Skills:
Fluent in French and English (spoken, written, and read)
