As a key player in a vibrant organization dedicated to IT solutions, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to clients within the retail industry, focusing on level 1 application and desktop support. Your key duties will encompass:
- Handling user inquiries via calls and messages.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Assisting users through troubleshooting processes or providing remote support.
- Forwarding complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Monitoring the resolution of incidents from initiation to completion using ticketing systems (Ivanti).
Essential Technical Competencies:
Proven experience in a comparable position and familiarity with at least one ticketing system.
Fluency in either Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is essential for this role.
