Product Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our Airline Solutions Transversal team at Amadeus. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping airlines maximize their commercial performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market research to identify industry trends, traveler trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate customer feedback and industry insights.
- Define and develop product vision and value propositions aligned with business domains.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure consistency of data-driven product vision and value.
- Design business models and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and assess market risks.
- Develop go-to-market strategies in alignment with commercial and sales teams.
- Create external-facing use cases, messaging, and value propositions consistent with go-to-market strategies.
- Support commercial, operational, and marketing teams in upskilling activities.
About You
- University degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in portfolio management, strategy, or business consultancy, preferably in B2B environment.
- Travel industry background is an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Aptitude to understand other teams' point of view and influence.
- Capacity to analyze and interpret data to make business recommendations.
- Team player with ability to work autonomously to solve unique and complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and proven ability to drive results in a complex, multicultural environment.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Knowledge of travel and IT industries.
- Understanding of Agile, SAFe, or Product Life Cycle methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
