Quality Assurance Trainee Role
The selected candidate will undertake various responsibilities as part of their apprenticeship program:
- Implement the 'Food Safety Culture' initiative aimed at improving the site’s food safety protocols and achieving FSSC 22000 accreditation.
- Revise and manage compliance documentation for critical equipment across all operational areas.
- Assist the department in performing regular internal audits on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Engage in the preparation and execution of certification audits for the site.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene standards during scheduled maintenance periods.
- Deliver training sessions and raise awareness regarding GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Safety among team members.
- Help in the continuous updating and management of our documentation system.
Essential Skills:
Strong interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Capable of analysis and synthesis
- Proficient in digital tools (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with food quality standards (HACCP, GMP, Food Defense, Food Safety)
- Bachelor’s degree in food quality
- Relevant experience or internship in food quality is advantageous
- Valid driver's license required
