Your RoleAs an International Client Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and financial health. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Invoicing: Oversee the customer invoicing process by preparing and dispatching invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring adherence to tax and accounting standards.
- Tracking Payments: Monitor customer payments, reconcile accounts, and implement measures to address payment delays and recover outstanding debts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports on customer accounts, including account statements, balance analyses, and aging reports to evaluate customer financial status and support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales and customer service to resolve account-related issues, respond to inquiries, and maintain effective communication.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting and tax regulations, to uphold the integrity of financial data and accurate customer accounting.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in finance or a related field (BA+2/3).
- 2-3 years of experience in general or client accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting operations.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
