Job Title: Account Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for international trade and logistics? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth? We're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team at Expeditors International

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase revenue.
  2. Business Development: Penetrate organizational structures to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
  3. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  5. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction or business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Education: University or equivalent business qualifications.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in international trade and logistics.
  3. Skills: Proven business development skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
