About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Knoll International S.A.S.U. as a Dealer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, identifying and creating sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Identify and create sales opportunities through challenger selling and frequent visits to dealers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Provide technical and specification support to dealers
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities for National Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and other teams
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Regional Manager and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Requirements
- Minimum A-level or higher education
- Proven track record in generating new business for a minimum period of 2 years
- Driving license with 6 points maximum
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate succinctly and fluently in French and English
- High levels of drive and energy, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
