About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Knoll International S.A.S.U. as a Dealer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, identifying and creating sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Identify and create sales opportunities through challenger selling and frequent visits to dealers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Provide technical and specification support to dealers
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities for National Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and other teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Regional Manager and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Minimum A-level or higher education
  • Proven track record in generating new business for a minimum period of 2 years
  • Driving license with 6 points maximum
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and fluently in French and English
  • High levels of drive and energy, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
