Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Administration
  1. Facilitating the administrative onboarding process and welcoming new hires.
  2. Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and various official documents.
  3. Monitoring employee leave and managing instances of sick leave.
  4. Coordinating with occupational health services.
  5. Maintaining and updating our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  6. Overseeing employee records, including sick leave, resignation letters, and other essential documentation.
  7. Administering mobility allowances and meal vouchers.
  8. Managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
Training Administration
  1. Providing administrative support for training initiatives, including skills development plans and invoicing.
  2. Acting as a liaison with the relevant training organizations.
  3. Managing documentation for internships and apprenticeship agreements.
  4. Assisting HR Business Partners with training-related tasks.
