Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for penetrating organizational structures, developing relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow business from existing house accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of client organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Manage client profiles and updates on our CRM system
- Build and maintain territory maps to track account locations
- Provide technical updates and training to clients on our EI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate joint account visits
- Manage business reviews and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
