">Job Summary
">We are seeking a talented Ecommerce Business Development Lead to help drive our French Marketplace business focused on the Associates and Creator program. This program is a key part of our Marketing Mix, aimed at bringing new customers to Amazon, driving existing customers to discover new products or programs on Amazon, and increasing customer loyalty.
">The successful candidate will have a strong track record in Sales & Marketing to grow revenue through partnerships in the e-commerce space. You will have a deep understanding of SEO, key affiliate integration business models, and practices. You will need to grasp the big picture quickly, create ambitious goals, communicate strategies to achieve these goals, and personally lead business development activities.

- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective leads, prioritizing targets to strike a balance between short- and long-term growth requirements.">
- Leading efforts on generating and expanding relationships with key partners in the affiliate/publishing space.">
- Personally leading key business development activities, from the exploratory phase to launch and expansion or partnerships.">
- Contributing to the development of our tools, processes, and best practices.">
- Representing Amazon holistically in front of key partners, involving other Amazon teams as necessary.">
- Controlling marketing spend and improving efficacy and efficiency.">
- Analyzing and improving business results, reporting to senior management and communicating closely with various internal stakeholders.">

">Requirements
">- 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Development.
">- Fluency in both English and French.
">- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, Arts, or Science.
">- Significant and relevant experience leading Sales & Marketing activities in the digital and/or e-commerce sector.
">- Demonstrated ability to source, launch, and expand successful partnerships.
">- Excellent analytical skills - ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets and turn them into potential partnerships.
">- Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders, comfortable dealing with senior management.
