About the Role

As a Corporate Account Manager - Institutional, you will be responsible for growing and retaining our customer base of national and institutional clients. You will work closely with our field teams and strategic decision-makers to create solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your challenge will be to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and retain our customer base of national and institutional clients.
  2. Lead and manage business reviews at customer and corporate level to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  3. Proactively plan and negotiate contract renewal and pricing strategies to ensure maximum revenue growth.
  4. Partner with and coach field employees to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
  5. Develop and present customer proposals, including organizing trials to demonstrate our ability to deliver our promises.
  6. Leverage innovation and business development within market segments to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • University or Masters Degree with experience in corporate account management.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a diverse, matrix company.
  • Proven background in Business Development and Corporate Account Management.
  • Experience working within the Institutional industry is preferred.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
