About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and building trustful and fruitful collaborations with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant sales experience within the FMCG food industry in the French market.
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Wide knowledge of the French retail market and experience in managing key accounts.
- Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel across France and occasionally to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain.
