At McCain Foods Limited, we believe in achieving success through collaboration with our teams, business partners, and the community. Our Media & Digital team plays a crucial role in shaping and executing media strategies and plans across all paid media channels, CRM, and owned assets for McCain CE.
As a digital marketing expert, you will drive excellence and innovation within our marketing teams. In your role as the Senior Digital Media Manager, you will work closely with Brand and Channel teams to oversee the entire paid media process, from strategic planning to performance analysis (MMM, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Select and manage top-tier media, digital, and social media agencies across various channels.
- Provide robust support to channel teams in media planning and activation execution, including delivering comprehensive media guidelines and expert consulting.
- Engage with regional media vendors, primarily in digital and social media, while effectively tracking and reporting on the organization’s media budget and investments.
- Lead the evolution of our media strategies, staying ahead of new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing and Media/Digital roles or within Media-Digital agencies.
- Extensive knowledge of the media landscape and marketing principles.
- Passionate about digital media, including Digital Branding, Social Media, and Digital Funnels.
- Proficient in English; fluency in French and/or German is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills and experience in indirect management of external partners.
- High level of accountability regarding media strategies, planning, and the effectiveness of marketing investments.
